My experience with Trunked, and specifically getting the chance to work with John has been truly phenomenal. I sent multiple trunks with them to kick off a big move overseas to the UK and they were extremely helpful every step of the way. John helped me make sense of the sometimes confusing customs realities and helped me navigate the process end to end. I had a unique situation in that I needed to send my trunks straight to a storage facility while I settled my living situation, and John was quick to help me find the right storage solution through one of their UK partners, who he remained in communication with as the move progressed. The boxes arrived right in the expected timeframe, roughly a week later. The folks at Trunked are extremely responsive and helpful, and not sure what I would have done without John in my corner! I can't recommend their service enough to help make stressful international moves a breeze.

Shipping goods from USA to U.K. The Trünk arrived with easy instructions for assembly, it was very sturdy and there was great customer support with all my concerns. I have used twice. Once in April and once this past September. I moved in September on a Monday and it was picked up the same day and delivered by that Friday. They are thorough and everything is explained online. All arrived quickly in the UK without any issues. I highly recommend!
