ABOUT TRÜNK

As personal and corporate moves become smaller and more flexible, TrünkMoves provides a practical self-pack solution for shipping personal belongings domestically and internationally without an in-home estimate or a trip to a pack-and-ship store.

TrünkMoves combines award-winning Kübox packaging technology with an online ordering platform, container delivery, scheduled pickup, shipping labels, tracking, and customer support.

Rather than offering only one container, TrünkMoves now provides more than 30 container options in Trunk, Square, and Flat configurations. Customers can select the size and shape that best fit the items they need to ship.

TrünkMoves is designed for smaller moves and personal-effects shipments that are too large for ordinary luggage but do not require a traditional household moving service.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE CONTAINER

Trünk containers are strong, lightweight, reusable, and easy to assemble. They provide more structure and protection than an ordinary corrugated shipping box without the weight, storage requirements, tools, or complexity of a wooden crate.

SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION

Trünk is powered by patented Kübox packaging technology, recognized with a DuPont Award for Packaging Innovation and Sustainability.

The container system combines heavy-duty corrugated materials, reinforced corners, an internal structural framework, and locking components to help the container maintain its shape during transportation.

Trünk containers arrive flat, reducing storage space before use. After delivery, the container can be retained for storage or reused for another shipment when it remains in suitable condition.

HEAVY-DUTY PROTECTION

Parcel shipments can experience vibration, stacking pressure, changes in orientation, drops, and repeated handling as they travel through transportation networks.

Trünk containers are designed to provide greater structural support than conventional moving boxes. The reinforced construction helps protect properly packed belongings during routine parcel transportation.

Container size, weight limits, packing requirements, and permitted contents vary by service. Customers should select the appropriate container and follow the provided packing instructions.

EFFICIENT AND EASY TO ASSEMBLE

Trünk containers do not require nails, sharp metal fasteners, carpentry, or specialized tools.

Each container arrives flat with its components included and can be assembled in minutes. Multiple sizes and shapes are available for clothing, linens, books, kitchenware, electronics, artwork, sports equipment, home décor, and other permitted belongings.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

TrünkMoves offers domestic and selected international shipping services.

Because Trünk containers are primarily paper-based, they are not subject to the ISPM 15 requirements that apply to many solid-wood packaging materials.

International shipments may require packing lists, customs documentation, identification, and other information based on the origin, destination, carrier, and shipment contents.

TrünkMoves helps customers ship the belongings that matter most through established parcel transportation networks, with container delivery, pickup coordination, shipping labels, and tracking included according to the service selected.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Made from paper and not subject to ISPM export regulations, Trünk travels through international customs where wood crates often get detained.

Ship Personal Effects Safely with TrunkMoves

TrunkMoves is built for moves that are too large for airline baggage but too small for container freight. The goal is not only convenience. The goal is to keep the shipment in a more controlled environment from pack-out through delivery.

Parcel networks expose shipments to repeated vibration, drop events, orientation changes, and stacking pressure. That is why professional packaging teams rely on distribution-test logic such as ISTA sequences to judge whether packaging still protects the contents after the first hazard has already occurred. In practice, ISTA-style methods are employed by packing a representative shipment, then subjecting it to vibration, compression, and drops on faces, edges, and corners to confirm that the container, closures, and internal protection retain performance throughout transit.

Loose paper filler or crumpled paper is not recommended here for heavier or longer-lane shipments. Under sustained load and vibration, paper compresses, settles, and does not meaningfully rebound. That means the protective gap around the contents can disappear during transit. Better results come from resilient cushioning, structural fitments, and container systems that maintain geometry under load.
