Refund policy

Nature of Purchase

All purchases on TrunkMoves represent the reservation of shipping capacity within carrier networks. Once an order is processed, capacity is allocated and removed from availability.

As such, orders are not cancellable or refundable once processed, except at the sole discretion of TrunkMoves.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Per Kübox Unit)

All shipping services are sold as flat-rate, per-container logistics services.

Each Kübox container represents an individual fulfilled logistics unit within your order.

Order Cancellation (Pre-Fulfillment)

Orders may be canceled only prior to fulfillment.

Fulfillment is deemed to begin upon any of the following:

  • Container allocation

  • Shipping material preparation

  • Label generation

  • Routing or carrier booking

Approved cancellations are subject to a processing and administrative fee of $25–$75 per Kübox container (unit) included in the order, based on routing complexity, operational handling, and payment processing costs.

For clarity:

  • Each Kübox container is treated as an individual unit

  • Fees are applied per container, not per order

  • Multi-container shipments incur fees for each reserved unit

Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Post-Fulfillment (Per Unit)

Once fulfillment has begun for any container, that unit is considered partially or fully rendered.

As a result:

  • Refunds, if granted, are partial and evaluated per Kübox unit

  • A minimum retention of 20%–40% per container will apply

  • A minimum service charge may apply regardless of percentage calculation

The following are non-refundable per unit:

  • Carrier label charges

  • Payment processing fees

  • Packaging and container allocation

  • Routing, handling, and operational costs

If multiple containers are included in a single order, refund eligibility is determined individually per unit, not at the order level.

Fulfillment Timing Acknowledgment

Container allocation and routing capacity may be reserved immediately upon order placement.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Each Kübox container is a separately fulfilled logistics unit

  • Services may begin immediately

  • Charges may apply per unit once fulfillment is initiated

Legal Exception

Refunds required under applicable law will be honored.
