• Collection of packed TRÜNKs from your doorstep within five working days after online check-in
• Collection time on weekdays from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Customs clearance (if applicable, import duty may be due)
• Tracking of shipment
• Delivery to your doorstep in Turkey within app. 3 - 9 business days
• Basic transport insurance up to € 800.00 replacement value

Supplemental services offer by MTL:

• Additional transport insurance for high-value shipments
• Advance delivery of packing paper and bubble wrap within Germany

What kind of items may be shipped to Turkey with a TRÜNK?

• Used household goods and personal effects will not be taxed. There will be a tax levied on new goods
• Lithium-ion batteries in electronic devices must be declared separately during check-in. Maximum allowance is TWO batteries
• For devices capable of receiving audio or video signals or capable of reproducing audio and video signals (including computers), Turkish customs will charge Bandrol. Bandrol will cost between € 25.00 and € 40.00 per device.

TRÜNKS may be used multiple times. If you ship a used TRÜNK via TRÜNK Moves, the forwarder will provide a rebate.
