I lost time and couldn't leave at planned time, because I didn't get a label in time (right away), so that I could ship from a FedEx ship center. Also, I was told that my trunk would arrive at the origin on a Thursday, but then it was delayed to Saturday. Although it was nice that another was overnighted, the original showed up on Saturday and it wasn't redirected. I felt inclined to return to sender. Shipped it and then got notice that it was going to be redelivered. I couldn't belelieve it. I just didn't want to be charged by the apartment complex for having another package at my door after I had moved out.

The Trunk arrived and was picked up on time. Little smaller than I thought it was going to be. It might hold 2 carry on bags but definitely not a 26 - 28" traveling suitcase. Found it was easier to use packing cubes and vacuum bags to pack. Trunk was beaten up when it arrived but still in 1 piece and all the stuff inside was in good shape. Overall a good deal!

When I purchased the trucks, there should have been a follow up email telling me about everything it will entail to actually have the trunks mailed. It was disastrous and disappointing when I showed up at FedEx with trunks and they didn’t have an idea what to do about postage.
For $350 per box, clear instructions were not received nor was I pointed to where the information could be found as to how to post it.
I missed my flight with delta because I was stuck at FedEx for at least 2 hours attempting to secure a postage from your company.
For any future customer, please refer the customer to the next required steps immediately on what to do, for instance, the moment the trunks are paid for.
Have some form of subsequent conversations with customers to ease the process , thus, shifting the burden of proof on the customer if not followed.
The main issue we faced while communicating with your company standing with our trunks at FedEx was the lack of any human assistance during our time of emergency.
If I was aware to secure postage prior to showing up at FedEx I would have done that. Instead of waiting to drop off my trunks at FedEx on the day of my flight out of CA. Upon receipt , My purchased expensive trunks could not be reused because it’s torn. Sorry but I was not a satisfied customer.

Pickup roadie driver was over 2 hours late, even after calling and giving a time.
For drop off to 2nd floor apt, FedEx dropped on ground floor with no notification. Only for downstairs apt told us we would not even have known it was delivered. Then had to carry heavy trunk upstairs which we had paid for in the move/delivery

Everything went well in packing and pick up. I made a mistake on exact delivery building in the apartment community. On unpacking the x2 orange holding pins on the corner plastic protectors had the heads sheared off. I had to remove with a screw driver to wedge it out, other than that no issues . I like the re-cyclability of the trunk.

When I found the trunk in front of my APT , it was in a wrong way even though I put a note "FRAGILE". And there was a clear sign the trunk had been a upside down. It must be better to put a big note showing Up/bottom and "Don't upside down"

I was very excited about using this service, but was let down immensely. I marked my boxes as 'fragile' and yet they look like they were just tossed and kicked around--the boxes were punctured, the corners and edges were bent, the pins were 70% broken--not to mention the fragile contents in the boxes that were tossed around were now broken (fortunately the broken glass was contained to their packaging and bubble wrap). One box contained my computer which was well packaged and that also had some broken pieces. Then, of my 4 trunk shipment, my 4th trunk was lost and separated from the other 3 boxes and found itself in the opposite side of the state--I had to call Fed Ex to ask what was happening and get it corrected. AND the icing on the cake, I paid for standard service which as I understood (maybe I'm wrong) was door to door service and I had to carry all 4 trunks up the 2 flights of stairs to my new apartment. I have been waiting for the last trunk to arrive before I leave my review and it finally showed up 4 days after the other 3 boxes. I was really disappointed in this service and hope that it is a one off. The concept here is great, but the execution was poor.

Delivered to wrong apartment. Very difficult to move a 100 lb box that was expected to be delivered to my door. Pins on box broke. Very questionable whether this box would survive another use. Not sure if I'd trust Trunk to deliver my personal items in the future.

Trunk was convenient only in that if we wanted, we could have had it picked up from our house, and then dropped off directly at our door again. We elected to drop it off at a shipping location the day of our move, since we were driving to our new place. Trunk (via several chats and messaging, I will say, the customer service via chat is quite responsive) had repeatedly told us that we would be able to modify the delivery date if necessary; this turned out to be false and the Trunk arrived at our new location before we did. We also called FedEx, the delivery company, but they also could not modify the delivery date and could not hold it at a location for us to pick up since in that case our ID's wouldn't match the delivery address, given that we were moving. And since we weren't the shipping account holders, we couldn't modify any of that information through FedEx. It caused a lot of stress to know the box with so many of our belongings was sitting outside an apartment door, waiting for us to get there over a day later. This Trunk box was paid for by our company as part of a move, and we would never personally use their services again unless we were flying to relocate and KNEW we would arrive before it had a chance of arriving.

Multiple plastic pins that hold the trunk together had the heads sheared off in shipping. Fortunately the trunk remained together, but made it harder to disassembly and not reusable.

I received my trunk in relatively good condition. Several of the pins had broken off in transit. Not sure it would have held up to much more handling.

The communication for orders is very confusing. I have a re-order originally placed on 12/18 and today is 1/4 and they still do not have the trunk. I think the product is excellent, but the order process needs some work.

Would have been beneficial for better expectations to be set on timing when placing order and setting up pickup time and printing of shipping labels. Additionally setting better expectations on packing fragile items.

Trunk was a good service but not to be extended services. For example, picking up our trunk outside our apartment because the trunk was a little too heavy for us to carry and drop it off @ front office.
So we ask Trunk to pick it up outside of our apartment door but it came with an extra charge when the office is 100 ft away. I understand it business $ but a customer service can go a little above and beyond @ times.
Also, our trunk was dropped off @ my resident home in the middle of our yard and not closer to the front door. Remember this trunk is 150 pounds. I drag it inside my home to unload. Honestly, If the trunk wasn't so heavy, business should think of the consequences of our personal merchandise being stolen.

The Trunks were pretty easy to assemble and shipping was very accommodating. I got two standard Trunks and one custom-made for my electronic scooter. The trunks do have a little damage from shipping on the end walls' attachment parts, but I believe it will still continue working.
